What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, mobile number, service address, vehicle details, the service you want, your preferred time and any notes. If you apply as a partner, we also collect your business name, town, experience, insurance status and portfolio link. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, send payment links, send reminders, assign a technician to your job, and ask for feedback after the job. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you check the text consent box on one of our forms, we will send text messages related to your request, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, deposit or payment links, technician updates and a follow-up after your service. Partners who apply receive texts about their application and job offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at elite.finish.auto.ads@gmail.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our text messaging, payment and website hosting providers), and only as needed to provide your service.

Sharing with technicians

To complete your job, we share the details needed for the appointment (such as your first name, service address, vehicle and time) with the technician assigned to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing elite.finish.auto.ads@gmail.com.
